Having trouble logging in and accessing digital files?

Shopify has switched to passwordless logins, but it has not yet fixed everyone's store themes. While it's getting fixed, go to account.plusoneexp.com. Use the email account you used for your order. The new system uses a new confirmation email for each login.

If you've used multiple emails for different orders, let us know, and we'll see if we can merge them into one account.
