Shipping policy

We ship from Philadelphia, PA, in the United States, where we have two different fulfillment locations.

For most orders, we fulfill in 5 business days. If it's been more than five business days and you have not received a tracking number, please use the Contact Form.

If you are waiting for fulfillment of an order while we are also fulfilling a crowdfunding campaign (including Mythic Bastionland, Electric Bastionland, Tomb of 1000 Doors, or Mythomorphosis), fulfillment may take longer.

Crowdfunding orders begin fulfillment when items are in the warehouse. Preorders placed from our ecommerce site ship in order placed when items are in the warehouse. Please feel free to reach out if it has been longer than 10 business days and you've not received a tracking number yet.
