Shipping policy

We ship from Philadelphia, PA in the United States where we have two different fulfillment locations.

For most orders, we fulfil in 5 business days. If it's been more than five business days and you have not received a tracking number, please reach out to tony@plusoneexp.com.

If you are waiting for fulfilment of an order while we are also fulfilling a crowdfunding campaign (including Mythic Bastionland, Electric Bastionland, Tomb of 1000 Doors, or Mythomorphosis), fulfilment may take longer. Please feel free to reach out if it has been longer than 10 business days and you've not received a tracking number yet.
