Stonetop Preorders Update (updated August 12)

Good News—Preorders over 60% done!

Kickstarter and Backerkit fulfillment (other than for the EU and UK) wrapped up on July 2, so preorders started shipping on July 3, and of the 5000, around 1600 are now out or have an assigned tracking number and are waiting to get packed. Over 43% of the preorders for the 1st printing are on their way. That means there are around 2400 left.

• 1st or 2nd Printing? If you ordered by the end of June 11 (US Eastern Time) or your order number is below #POE-38000, you're getting the 1st printing unless you have already requested the 2nd printing.
• Specific Ship Date? If your order number is below #POE-30000, your order is likely (but not certain) to ship before the end of July. Beyond that, we cannot project more specific dates.
• Moving & Change of Address? Please send changes of address as soon as you possibly can. We prioritize orders that are soon to ship when we receive them, and get to others after that. Use the contact form or respond to your invoice.
• Canceling Orders? If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order. If you have already downloaded the PDFs, we'll refund you the difference between the digital copies and the print books. If not, we'll send a full refund. If you have a special case or need, please let us know. Refunds take up to 14 days before they appear in your account.
• Accessing PDFs? Log in through account.plusoneexp.com. You will not need a password; the new login system uses a 1-time confirmation code for each login. Enter the email you used for your order. If you ended up with different accounts or have trouble accessing that email account, reach out with your order number, and we can work with you.
