Stonetop Preorders Update (updated August 28)

Good News—Preorders over 78% done!

Preorders started shipping on July 3, 4000 are now out. Over 78% of the preorders for the 1st printing are on their way with around 1100 left.

• Kickstarter and Backerkit fulfillment. All crowdfunding fulfillment was complete before we started processing preorders. If you completed your survey by July 1 and have not received your Kickstarter or BackerKit order, please reach out as soon as you can. 
• 1st or 2nd Printing? If you ordered by the end of June 11 (US Eastern Time) or your order number is below #POE-38000, you're getting the 1st printing unless you have already requested the 2nd printing.
• Moving & Change of Address? Please send changes of address as soon as you possibly can. We prioritize orders that are soon to ship when we receive them, and get to others after that. Use the contact form or respond to your invoice.
• Canceling Orders? If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order. If you have already downloaded the PDFs, we'll refund you the difference between the digital copies and the print books. If not, we'll send a full refund. If you have a special case or need, please let us know. Refunds take up to 14 days before they appear in your account.
• Accessing PDFs? Log in through account.plusoneexp.com. You will not need a password; the new login system uses a 1-time confirmation code for each login. Enter the email you used for your order. If you ended up with different accounts or have trouble accessing that email account, reach out with your order number, and we can work with you.

Shipping 2nd Printing

Shipment of the 2nd printing is on its way to the US as of August 17. It was temporarily held in port by a Typhoon, but is now on its way. We have asked the shipping company for a tracking link and will post more information as its available. We expect the books to arrive in late September.
