Tracking Issues for International Shipments

For international shipments, most customers choose ePost Global, Passport Global, Simple Export (from Pirate Ship), Asendia, and DHL Ecommerce. All of these shipping companies work by shipping everything to a location in the US, processing all packages for air freight, and then handing each package to a carrier in your country for final delivery.

Sometimes, the tracking link you receive will redirect to the US Postal Service tracking page for delivery to Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, or another address because that's where the package is headed for the first phase. We know the tracking interfaces for Pirate Ship and EasyShip, where we buy most of our international shipping labels, can be frustrating. It is not unusual for the package to take a week to arrive at the processing center and then spend a week or so there. It is unusual for packages to spend more than 2 weeks in customs processing in the destination country. If the latter happens to your package, please reach out as soon as you can.
