Heaven in the Dust is a game of Greek Tragedy in the American Dust Bowl for 3–5 players across 1–4 sessions, filled with lonely roads and crowded factories, looming storms and fragile shelter, desperate masses and choking dust.

Become mythic archetypes—cruel Hades, careworn Hestia, stubborn Hephaestus, and more—and imagine a community on the brink of crisis: the blessings it still has and the threats that might strip them away.

Together, you’ll tell a story leading to ruin, despite the characters’ best efforts and intentions. You will put yourselves in each other’s power and at each other’s mercy (by following your lures), give in to your bitter frailties, and watch for themes of your divine birthrights—EXCESS, TERROR, DESPAIR, HUNGER, and more—to steer and tempt one another towards disaster.
